When I first took over this job, I felt quite anxious. It was the tolerance and guidance from the teachers and partners in the team that helped me gradually find my way. This honor of being a teaching mentor is not only an encouragement but also a motivation. I will continue to take “serving with dedication” as my guideline, strive for excellence in curriculum design, maintain open communication in collaboration, and transform others’ trust into more solid actions. Education is an undertaking where “one tree shakes another tree”. I hope to work in joint to continue creating more possibilities for the students who participate in the activities.
