02 Course Content
Mazenod College, located in the southeast of Melbourne, Australia, is a full-time Catholic boys' school. Adhering to the school motto "Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve", the college is committed to building an inclusive learning community that pursues excellence and integrity. It covers diverse development areas including academics, sports, music, art, student leadership, and community service. Its courses are closely aligned with the needs of the times, aiming to cultivate responsible young students capable of adapting to a rapidly changing society.
The visiting group consists of 20 high-school students and teacher representatives. It is a precious opportunity for cross-cultural exchange between Chinese and Australian youth. As a volunteer, you will communicate face-to-face with these Australian peers. Not only will you improve your English expression in a real context, but also gain an up-close understanding of Australian campus culture and mindset. You will broaden your international perspective through interactions, achieve growth through dialogues, and become a bridge for communication between Chinese and Australian youth. This chance is precious—come and join us!

04 Volunteer Position Description
✦ Job Responsibilities
Assist in guiding and introducing during the campus tour, helping visiting students experience the campus style and cultural atmosphere.
Participate in itinerary activities together with visiting students and engage in communication.
✦ Recruitment Requirements
Be conscientious and responsible in work.
Be able to represent the positive spirit of ECNU students.
✦ Number of Volunteers
About 10 student volunteers.

1. Room Reservation
Welcome to Daxia College, lying at the 1st and 2nd floor of Student Activities Center! Different types of shared rooms are available for teachers and students, and a variety of extra curricular activities like reading, seminars are waiting for your exploration!
Daxia’s community space is open to students and faculty for reservations, and available time is from 8:00 to 21:30.
Online reservation guideline for students:
① Online reservation: Log in to the EnterpriseWeChat Account of ECNU, click“DaxiaCollege”-“Smart College” - “Room Reservation”.
② Reservation requires you to fill in the activity information and inform the counselor for approval.
③ Aftersuccessfully making a reservation, youshouldarrive at Room 102-1 of the Student Activities Centerwithin the reserved time, and inform the student on duty with the reservation recordand your campus cardto open the doorof the reserved room.
Conventionsfor RoomUsage
The rooms are publicly shared for activities, so it is required toprotect the environment and belongings.
① Please registerin advancefor using the room.
② Keep quiet, avoid disturbing others.
③ Do not bring food or sugary drinks into the room, take your personal belongings before leaving.
④ Take care of the equipment, return the tables and chairs to the original settings, turn offall the equipment before you leave.
