PART 02. Why Join This "Spiritual Adventure"?
Scientific, Lightweight, Convenient and Interesting: Based on the 21-day habit formation method, the activity integrates three practices: "mindful breathing + body awareness + beautiful records". It only takes 7 minutes a day - 7 minutes in the morning to start the day with clarity, or 7 minutes before bed to relieve anxiety. Even fragmented time can nourish the body and mind. The check-in activity is carried out online, allowing you to start soul healing anytime and anywhere.
Professional Leadership and Community Companionship: With guidance from professional mentors and 4 online in-depth workshops for empowerment. Participants will check in for meditation together, share their mindfulness meditation experiences and small blessings in life, encourage and make progress with each other, and spark ideas.
PART 03. Gain More Than Just Habits
Persistence Rewards: Those who successfully complete the 21-day consecutive check-in can obtain the second-class credits and receive cultural and creative products of Daxia College.
Advanced Rewards: Outstanding participants will get priority to participate in subsequent mindfulness meditation and Baduanjin courses.
