Part 1. CourseInformation

Course Time: July 11 - August 1​

Target Participants: All students of ECNU

Course Content: One online thematic lecture will be held every week, withthree lecturesin total, and each themed asAI-assisted resume writing, paper formatting, and literature readingin sequence. After each lecture, practice tasks will be released, and students who complete the tasks within a week can receive online guidance from teachers.

Course Rewards:Persistence Reward: Students who successfully complete the 21-day check-in can obtain second-class credits and receivecultural andcreative products from Daxia College.​

Advanced Reward: Outstanding participants will get priority to participate in subsequent AI series courses.​



Part 2. LessonDetails

Lesson I: AI-Assisted Resume Writing

Time: July 11, 10:00-11:00​

Lecturer: Feng Qi, full-time counselor of the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, ECNU

Fenghas been engaged in graduate employment work since 2019 and has won honors such as "Excellent Service Award for Student Work (Individual)", "Outstanding Communist Youth League Member", and "Advanced Individual in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Work" of ECNU.​


LessonIntroduction: Combining the job-hunting data of the 2025 college graduates, this lecture will analyze the changes in the job-hunting ecosystem reshaped by AI technology. Through detailed explanation of resumes, it will help students master resume optimization strategies and enhance their job-hunting competitiveness. It will also guide students to use AI tools to create and optimize resumes, while discussing the risksand ethical boundaries of using AI tools for resume writing.​



Lesson II: AI-Assisted Paper Formatting

Time: July 18, 10:00-11:00​

Lecturer: Zhang Fengming, official WPS lecturer of Beijing Kingsoft Office Software Co., Ltd.

Zhangis a technical expert in Kingsoft Office training and a holder of KOS Kingsoft Office Software Master Certification. With five years of training experience, he has provided in-person training, live lectures, and video customization services for more than 100 party and government agencies and well-known enterprises, covering industries such as state ministries, party and government, central enterprises/state-owned enterprises, education, and finance. His teaching focuses on enterprise-level digital intelligent office software applications, and he mainly teaches courses such as "Zero Basis, Mastering the Three Core Components of WPS", "WPS AI Ignites a New Engine for Office Efficiency", and "WPS Collaborative Efficient Office New Model".​


LessonIntroduction: This training focuses on common difficultiesin paper writing and helps you quickly master the full-process solution of WPS AI paper formatting. It will break down five major writing problems: slow literature organization, time-consuming format layout, high content repetition, easy document loss, and low collaboration efficiency. Combining core functions of WPS and WPS AI such as "full-text summary", "one-click formatting", "help me revise", "cloud backup", and "online approval", it will demonstrate hands-on how to use WPS AI to solve practical problems. Whether you are a student or a teacher, through this training, you will easily master the new academic writing method of "using AI to reduce costs and increase efficiency", making paper creation and formatting more enjoyableand efficient.​



Lesson III: AI-Assisted Literature Reading

Time: July 25, 10:00-11:00​

Lecturer: Xia Yang, intermediate librarian of the Interdisciplinary Support Center and member of the Future Learning and Development Center, ECNU


Xiaonce served as an engineer in the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering and the School of Life Sciences. He has published 12 SCI papers and participated in 3 national and Ministry of Education projects. His main research directions include the application of artificial intelligence in libraries and the digital transformation of libraries. Currently, he has 2 ongoing projects on large language models, 1 C-category journal paper, and 1 patent.​
